2. Privacy-Preserving Architecture & Privacy by Design
Sevenoir is designed around data minimisation. Operators keep the raw passenger data. The product is designed to store event metadata and signatures rather than personal identifiers, and to let any party re-verify a custody timeline using only those records and public keys.
Sevenoir does not intend to store personal identity data, location history, or direct personal identifiers. Website inquiries and waitlist submissions are processed only for communication and project-related purposes.
3. Data Collection
Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us:
- Browser type / version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Host name
- Request Time
- IP Address
Waitlist & Contact Forms
If you register for our waitlist or send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the form will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (Consent). You can revoke this consent at any time.
Analytics and performance measurement
This website may use privacy-focused analytics or technical performance measurement tools to understand website performance, detect errors, and improve user experience. Processing is limited to technical and usage-related information where applicable.

5. Infrastructure & Service Providers
We use external service providers to operate this website and to receive the messages you send us. Each provider acts on our behalf and receives only the data its function requires.
Hosts this website and serves it to your browser. It processes the server log data described in section 3, including your IP address.
Provides DNS and sits in front of the hosting as a content delivery network, so every request to this site passes through it, including your IP address.
Hosts the hello@sevenoir.com and ruhlan@sevenoir.com mailboxes, and therefore processes any correspondence you send to those addresses.
Delivers the contact form and early access submissions made through this website to our mailbox. It processes the name, email address and message you submit, for the purpose of that delivery.
Provides website analytics, hosted in the European Union. It is configured without cookies and stores nothing on your device: no identifier is kept between page loads, so return visits are not linked to earlier ones. It records which pages are opened and which links and buttons are used, along with your IP address, browser and country. On this page and on the Impressum, only the page view itself is recorded. The contents of form fields are never collected.
Where a provider processes data on our behalf, that processing is limited to the purpose described above. Each provider’s own data protection terms are available from the provider.
We use analytics to understand which pages are read and which links are followed. It is configured so that nothing is written to your device, which is why this site shows no cookie banner. Measuring how the site is used is a legitimate interest of ours under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and you can object to it at any time using the contact details in the Impressum. You can also switch it off in your browser by sending a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, or by blocking analytics requests.
